About Roby

Roby Sobieski is a magician and creative consultant whose sophisticated, interactive magical experiences are sought after by companies, luxury brands, and private clients around the world.

Roby most recently served as Head Magic Consultant for the 2026 run of David Blaine’s Las Vegas production, collaborating closely with Blaine and the creative team to develop original magic for the show. His work has also appeared in major motion pictures, including the Harley Quinn film starring Margot Robbie, where he provided sleight-of-hand consulting for the production.

A Princeton University graduate and Magician Member of the Magic Castle, Roby has built an international reputation for refined sleight of hand performed just inches from the audience, creating moments of astonishment that feel intimate, elegant, and unforgettable.

Companies that have trusted Roby to create experiences for their events include Google, Amazon, Spotify, Activision, Live Nation, AXS, Greycroft, Taco Bell, the LPGA, and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, among many others.

Throughout his career Roby has entertained notable figures including Tom Cruise, Tina Fey, Jay-Z, Snoop Dogg, Post Malone, Steven Tyler, Samuel L. Jackson, Vanessa Hudgens, Miley Cyrus, Christopher Lloyd, and Bill Maher, and has also performed for the casts of Modern Family and Stranger Things.
